If he gets it wrong, he'll get it right next time.
I bought it as it intrigued me and because I like these romantic comedies. I liked it as it made me shed a tear at the death of Bill Nighu"s character - I disliked it as it made me shed a tear at the death of Bill Nighy's character. As good as four weddings, better than Notting Hill.

Film 4 stars, book 5 stars.
I bought this DVD having read the book. The book had sat on my shelf for months before I read it - I was thinking that it might have been a little bit 'girly'. However, when I started reading it, I was hooked! The film misses out some small, but important elements out which detracted from my enjoyment of the film. That having been said, the film is worth watching. The book I give 5 stars, the film 4.
