works for me
perfect fit for my external filter inlet, very easy to swap over at each water change as there are 2 of them, I also do not need to clean out my filter as often now.

poor design
the idea seemed good but in use water goes everywhere, cap does not seal properly unless tightened so tight my wife cannot undo it, when stood on its side water does not come out of tap unless cap is opened, then water runs down, ok if you only fill 2/3rds full, but then spend too much time refilling, will not be buying another

so usefull
for trimming trees this is the best piece of kit I have ever bought, if you already use Makita tools and batteries I would recommend, bit pricey as a one off
