easy and nice cooking for the whole family
2 of 2 found this helpful I really love this cookbook because it is easy to read, it´s easy to cook from the recipies and the book is for the whole family. It will make my cooking so much easeier and i´m so happy that i bougth it after watching Rachels show at tv. Kind regard Elisabet Haagen in Sweden.

It´s a fun way to workout!
It´s a fun way to workout but it´s nor very intense so it´s good for the days between my real workout.It´s very easy to follow along with the instructions.
