  Item arrived quickly but was faulty. After communicating with the seller they offered for me to either send it back for a full refund or partially refund me and I can attempt the repair myself. I chose the partial refund and am hoping to repair the stick shift myself for a bargain price. This was for an xbox elite controller series 2. Although its a risk, I may end up with a £80 controller for £30. Great communication and willing to resolve issues. Recommend.
