Anti snoring mouthpiece
Very big, clunky, and uncomfortable. That being said, if you can stand it long enough to get used to it, it can be very effective. For me. It has been more effective in stopping grinding than snoring. It allows adequate air flow. This product is soft plastic, durable, and easy to clean.

Miracle berry products are labelled "dietary supplements ", but for me they are more of a fun party game. This product does exactly what it claims and met my expectations. The price was average (generally around $1 per tablet). The easy-melt tablet is not my favorite form; I find the regular tablets, which take longer to dissolve, more effective and longer lasting.
