Made me angry and wasted about 15 hors of my time, browsing, putting songs
Whoever left the ipod at the airport had good reason to abandon it. Once I found out how to work it, it was pretty haywire. Probably previous owner dropped it or something. It wasted a lot of my time - took time to browse ebay to find it, then getting AppleCare to explain how to work it (no instructions came with it). Then spent a night putting songs on it. 90% of them disappeared and as I worked through its functions I could see it was pretty haywire. Pressing buttons brought up the wrong function. Made me angry. Wasted about 15 hours. Wonder how much of my money I'll get back?

Good for my flat feet but come off easily
These would be better if sold without the adhesive on one side as the adhesive is not strong enough to make the insoles stay put. Unfortunately the adhesive is too strong to get off easily to glue the insoles in more permanently with a better quality glue. So the insoles come off regularly. other than that they are really good value. I've tried all sorts of things to get the adhesive off including clove oil, laundry soaker and eucalyptus oil, but it stays put.

It truly is THE book of yoga
This is the definitive traditional hatha yoga book. Excellent instructions from one of the world's most recognised swamis, so of course it's more than good. Goes from photos of swami in basic positions through to elaborate body knots with very clear instructions. It is quite encyclopaedic as it also has detailed information on meditation, the philosophy of hatha, diet & cleansing techniques. Fabulous!!! I worked my way through the positions I was capable of doing & felt a million dollars afterwards. Yoga does really work!
