A Treasure Of A Cookery Book
Well written, clear explanations, inspiring recipes and photography. I love this book.

Disappointed
This book was disappointing to me; it wasn't what I expected.
It might suit those new to this way of eating as it is very basic, but I am well read in dietary requirements and there is little new to me.
In addition, I find the quality, the grade of paper, poor. Certainly not worth the price.
Sorry, but that's my honest opinion.
