  If you sell something online my minimum expectation is to have a proper and save package and not to sent stuff internationaly in a 100 years old envelope, also without tracking. I received the envelope damaged and opened. See attached photos. The plastic bag is from german postal service. The instruction is totally wrinkled and some parts are missing. This is not acceptable and can only lead to a negative rating, sorry. Anyhow, I keep the rating as neutral...
