It's okay. Sum parts don't work.

I used it once on a deep clean It works great for the carpet. But the tools for the stairs and upholstery don't work. And I have some stains on my carpet that did not come out. Maybe I will go over again. It's got a guarantee for one year, so I will have to get in touch with them. If you get brand new you get six years guarantee.
