  Excellent packaging, and contents as described. Took a LONG time to arrive, mainly due to Royal Mail sending it to the wrong depot, but also because it was posted the day before a 2 day strike. So I would have preferred to have had the option not to pay for next day signed for delivery! However vendor was extremely helpful in chasing the misdirected package, couldn’t fault his communication.

  I was a little hesitant in sending my much loved Links watch but I couldn’t wear it due to string being hugely stretched . I purchased this service and sent my watch off . Communication from Adam whilst he had the watch was fab . Received watch back and I’m so pleased with it , fab job , fab service. Thankyou so much , I can now wear it again 10/10

  I sent my bracelet for restringing, first class recorded to sign for, on the 28th July. The Post Office delivered and someone called Christopher signed for it on Saturday the 29th at 10.44. The seller has no knowledge of this and says he didn’t receive it. He tells me he signs his name A Hughes but his e mail is strangely Christopher. He refunded the price of the restringing and postage but I don’t have my bracelet. Very frustrating!!!!!!
