It's a gift for someone else so I have no experience with this product
I bought is as a gift for someone else so I have no idea if it's good or not - but I hope so. E-bay's demands for ratings are not justified in a lot of cases but you're pushed to give one.

A truly smart "Smart Phone" with LARGE features
This is my first smart phone and it's more complicated to use so I am not a good reference for it's ease of use. At to features, I bought it because it is loaded with them with the capasity to jam it full of more. One of the main reasons for buying this one is the size of the screen - it's huge and easy to read, type and identify icons, etc. I think the only negative is not having a users guide come with it. You must download your guide, which is 205 pages, and refer to your computer every time you want to learn something or print it out which takes a toll on your printer ink and paper or your wallet at Kinkos. Also, the instructions can be vague and complicated.

Good Phone
I like everything about this phone uexcept that cradle is very lite. Being lite, the phone often falls out of the cradle if it is slightly rocked. Best to attach it to a wall.
