Worked on arrival, then blew a diode.
It worked when it first arrived, and it's a capable little unit, with set-points and switching to cool or switching to heat both selecteable, with settable hysteresis.
Unfortunately one of the diodes burnt out quickly (the board got quite hot), which was disappointing.
Were it not for that fault, I would have rated it 5 stars.
It wasn't over-voltage that killed it, either.
"Apart from that", the build quality was good ~ let down by just one component.

Good lens caps
I like these caps, because they fit well on the lens but can be reomed quickly by compressing the grips without having to look to find them.

Quick, easy & effective
It's lightweight, but it grips positively to the front of the lens to protect it. It's easy to get a grip on the pinch pieces to remove the cover easily, quickly and without fumbling. It came with a nylon tether, which I don't use.
