  Seller got in touch to let us know of slight mishap when getting the item ready to post to us (they had given it a polish to dedust it and the polish had taken a little of the sheen off). They sent photos, offered a partial refund and gave us a chance to pull out of sale or to return the item if we were unhappy with it on arrival. Excellent communications throughout. The item arrived the following day, the change in appearance was v. minor, and we were happy with the purchase. Thank you!
