  well it was delivered and looked like it did on the advert but unfort there was an issue with the chromebook. i was really stressed and thought about th ehassle....but the seller sent a return label and initiated the refund right away so really you cant lose out if you buy from them. fantastic service that you dont see very often anymore

  Amazing seller, and helped fix an issue with the battery as it was quite badly worn, so after discussion (I didn't want to send the item back as it was perfect apart from this), we agreed to a partial refund which will cover the cost of a new battery if I want to replace it in the future. Amazing experience and would 100% recommend!!
