5 Stars Customer service & great product
I usually don't write reviews but on this occasion I have no other choice than to write a review based on the exceptional customer service I received from Mexfurnituremex.
I have been searching for a wide TV display unit for some time and when I stumbled on this particular unit I decided to give it a go. The order was smooth and it was delivered quickly. I was however out of town and upon my return I discovered one of the parts was broken.
I contacted the customer service team as the 3 day damage return period has passed (This was like a month after ordering taking delivery).
I got a quick response from the customer service team (Natalia) and another part was sent out to my address which arrived the next day.
I have set it up and it looks great in my living room with enough space to put some decor on both sides of the TV. Great product.
