Excellent reference.
This is a very well written, thorough book for beginning to intermediate amateur astronomers. It should be a standard reference in your library.

Wet Flies, the full title is a very apt description
This is a very complete and concise treatment of the type of flies covered. This is not a rehash of old winged wet patterns but rather covers flies that actually catch fish. Dave explains the failings of the older paterns well and goes on to explain why soft hackles, flymps and wingless wets work. It is one of Mr Hughes best books and I highly recommend it.
