    Unfortunately the courier managed to damage 1 mug. Maybe could have done with a bit more substantial packaging, but I can't really blame the seller. I have seen first hand exactly what couriers can be like, so know that no matter how well something is packaged it can still get damaged. Very responsive and understanding seller was quick to arrange a partial refund so overall a positive purchase, and what lovely mugs they are!
