Budget but OK
1 of 1 found this helpful For a bean to cup machine this is a budget price, made in China, so these things need to be considered.
Ease of use is good, grinds to differing levels, basic and simple operation makes a good cup of freshly ground coffee.
Water tank is small and needs filling after every 2 cups, speed is ok, not great but OK.
Bought the item in April 2021 and about a month ago the water started leaking from the dispenser as soon as the machine was turned on. Probably a pressure fault with the pump, the PSi claimed is 15 but it sometimes seems to struggle with a full compacted holder of coffee. Item was returned and replaced with a week, excellent service and comms from the sellers - i'm just glad the fault occurred during the warranty period as not too convinced these are built to last. My basic Delonghi is now 17 years old and still going strong.
