Good source of Magnesium & Potassium
Has everything I needed for extra Magnesium & Potassium, I just take one in the evening. Good quality multi-type magnesium chelates. The tablet isn't too big (I usually prefer capsules).

Best complete calcium source
2 of 2 found this helpful This is one of the few calcium products that contains all the vitamins and minerals necessary not only for absorption but for proper usage (too much calcium without Vit K2 can go to arteries or organs and cause blockage or stones). It is expensive but more useable than most other brands.
