simple to use
only used twice to cook chips from raw potatoes, the secret to browning them all over is to shake the basket every 5/6 mins otherwise it just browns the tops. Do taste more like proper chips not oven ones

not what i expected
Said it was wide slot and high rise which I was looking for, it is high rise but not wide enough slots to toast crumpets and bagels very dissapointed

ok for the price
disappointed when arrived I thought it was clear glass and a rough surface not smooth glass and one of the chopping boards is very wobbly not very good for chopping on but was cheap
