Seems like a lot of conversation, but some new stretches for hips.
Many of the warmups and regular poses can be done from a sitting position. Very similar to those in a number of her other disks. Peggy has several "new" stretches in this series especially targeting the hips. I tried these from a chair, but it seems like they would be easier from a mat.

Red accent sweater/vest clip with white sparkles
Clips have plastic teeth inside to hold fabric without snagging. Decorative accents on front are well spaced and wide enough to match the attachment to the clips. Tiny white accents add a nice sparkle. Length of the product is just right to hold sweater mostly closed and stay in place to be a nice color accent (without looping over on itself). Very good value for the $5 delivered. The only reason I took off a star: the clips are a little stiff for my 87 year old recipient to manage on her own (otherwise she loves it and has worn several times already). I did order a 2nd one for myself.
