First class monitor
It arrived well boxed complete with self assembly base (easy) and a cd with the user manual on. Really? In these days of CD-ROM-less PCs? You can access the manual online so no hassle there. I hooked it up to a new PC and fired them both up. Magic! No problems, no adjustments or anything necessary. So far very happy with it and can happily recommend AOC monitors.

Not for the Squeamish
A story about the frozen Artic, hunting seals and whales in 1859 doesn't seem like a good combination for a modern story. The sum of these parts however add up to so much more. For a start, nearly the whole thing was actually filmed on location about 15 miles from the North Pole and the central story has nothing to do with waling, although that does feature early on but about a group of men confined to tolerate each other on a whaling skooner. Expertly Directed by Andrew Haigh, he has captured superb performances from every one of the actors. It's not a story for everyone but I personally found it gripping and very real. Highly recommended so long as you aren't squeamish.
