For the price paid and the quality of the unit I am elated!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have owned a few pairs of these over the last few years. I wear them primarily at the gym and the pool. I have left some behind at the gym, stepped on a pair and was wearing one pair as I shot hoops. A sudden movement snatched the phone plug from the phone and shorted the unit...was not meant for violent stress.
I love the in ear units because I can still hear what I need to hear, but most of what I do not desire to hear is not heard. In the gym that would be other music over the intercom and at the pool, wind and other loud voices.
I like the different sizes and shapes of ear buds that come with the unit. You will likely find one that works well and as you use them more they become more pliable fitting your ear canal tighter and isolating the sound better.
Last I found phone calls easy to answer, voices were clear and the microphone works well. I was heard on the other end clearly....all without having push any buttons or disconnect. This in my mind makes units like Beats over rated and over priced.

For the price I do not see how I could have done better
I bought one of these SanDisk players about eight years ago the 260e. It still works though it is no longer supported...so I figured I would try this one exclusively for the gym. I do not want to chance dropping my phone, just so I can have music and with the clip on the side there is little chance it will fall. I have some Klipsch earbuds and the sound is as good as I need. Does everything I need it to do, charges fast through a usb, holds a charge, easy to add music.... even has a radio.
