A bit iffy!
Bought this due to the brand name. It takes 10 minutes to heat up, instructions claim 2, you have to always keep your finger on the steam button otherwise its the same as a dry iron. Overall when steam is generated it's very good, no need to change any heat settings, so you can iron jeans and wool straight after each other.
The customer service people who I bought this from need more training. Would recommend the product but not really the seller.
