Perfect for the job
I’ve started to fish in the evenings when away with work and needed a cost effective way of transporting a couple of rods. After scouring the Internet for options and coming across some expensive branded carry cases, I can across this for £39.99 delivered. I’ve now used it a couple of times in 4 hour plus train journeys and it is perfect. It takes two rods, two Ros rests, a landing net pole and a folding landing net head with ease. It’s adjustable to the length of your rods when broken down (I have mine set at 6ft but it will extend to 7ft 2” if needed. It’s also lockable with a simple pad lock. It has two handles on it but I simply attached the padded carry strap from my seat box to the handles do I can sling it over my shoulder. Easily replicated with some rope or string. Can’t fault it. Will also come in handy when transporting tackle abroad on planes which I also do regularly.
