Very thin plastic.
I use sheet protectors to store my stamps, stickets, and stencils for scrapbooking. The quality of these sheet protectors is low. Very thin plastic also the holes didn't line up well with my binder. Other than that they serve their purpose, but I'll probably have to replace them in a few months due to wear and tear.
