  Do not buy from this guy if you cannot see it and pick it up. Inadequate packing caused irreparable damage to the item. Or, was the item inadequately packed because it was already faulty? Damage in transport blah, blah...?

  Your comments are insulting. I have sold / sent items across the UK for over 10 years. To claim that the amp was damaged in the UK is disingenuous of you given that it was signed for by your representative in London WEEKS before you then had it couriered to Belgrade. At no time until this weekend have you suggested there was an issue. The damage would have been clearly visible in London and would have been raised by your rep. You must take responsibility here and not try to pass the blame.
