I’m a 14 so 30 waist, description does say they’re slimmer fitting so may need to size up. These were too big on the waist and was able to adjust to fit pretty well. Go for a bigger size to get the leg length without trousers riding up. Really good value for money and look really smart. They’re a really good waterproof and lined.
