Very Impressed*****
After watchin kerry's reality tv show and seeing her record this dvd on tv i was interested to see how good it really is as kerry appears to av really lost the pounds and toned up looking amazing.
I own several dvds and workout at least three times a week so i would say i am of moderate fitness would be great for beginners as its easy to follow but at the same time great for those who are more advanced.
I loved this dvd very impressed the instructer keeps you motivated through out would highly recommend****
