If you have pain read this!
I had never heard about trigger point therapy before but having been diagnosed with fibromyalgia I bought this to try to help myself. Having always suffered with pain, numbness and tingling down the side of my hand and wrist I assumed that massing it would be helpful. Little did I know, until reading this book, that this pain is referred from my shoulder! After three days my hand and wrist were pain free and I can't quite believe it. Activating the right nerve following the easy instructions was an incredible gift. The relief is not instant but it improves the same day with noticeable results after a couple of days.
I'm planning to work on back and hip pain next but so far I'm really impressed! (The book also tells you how to do the treatment yourself in case you're alone ... initially I couldn't as I couldn't grasp anything but now I'm able to help myself)
I'm so glad this was a bargain else I might not have tried it
