  In 10 years buying on eBay I have not encountered a more unhelpful or intransigent seller PLUS the rack was missing the back closure plate/board

  I have been a seller and buyer for over 20 years and have never been accused of being unhelpful, I was following Ebays recommended procedures regarding posting items, the buyer missed the option to send to a collection point, and when the delivery label was printed no changes could be made, the buyer had a problem with EVRI, obviously resolved as it item was received. The report that there was a part missing is false there was never any mention of this part and it is not shown in the photos.
