Seller was apologetic and set about chasing Hermes until parcel was located. Cannot fault the seller but Hermes needs to address their shortcomings as a matter of urgency. They will no doubt offer data about how many items they processed over the festive period, but they are operating at a level of incompetence, so that suggests they are in need of an overhaul. All users should name ineptitude at every opportunity.

Ginger hair
I have hair to chin level, my ends were already blond and so one box is usually sufficient. Well, I ended up with a few blond patches nestled amongst the ginger. It actually turned the already blind bits ginger, as well as the brown bits. Wouldn't recommend, unless of course you want ginger hair

Good size and quality.
Instructions so small that even when photographed and enlarged, cannot be read. Still, common sense, which I didn't initially use is all you need.
Thin poles x 6 are for the horizontal frame. Thin poles x 18 are for the foldable wings. Thick poles x 2 are for the base, thick poles x 12 are for the vertical frame. Make sure the vertical frame connectors are smooth side up. Wing holders straight side up and smooth side outwards. May be thinking, you what?! But, if you purchase it and read these instructions, it will make a whole lot of sense and easier to out together. Took me 20 minutes, including mistakes. Should only really take 10-12 minutes. All you need, toolwise, is a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the wings. Only needs one persilon to put together make sure you push down hard so that everything is fully in place. I built it in its side, easier to push poles in place. Make sure you build the wings BEFORE putting into the frame.
