I did not like this book for a young teen.
I purchased this book for my 14 yr old daughter that had 1 episode of 'cutting'. After reading through it I decided against giving it to her out of fear that she would actually learn new and worse ways to harm herself. I think this book would be better suited for an older teen or young adult that has seen everything and not one so young that you will have to worry about them learning the bad stuff from it. Also, not all f the authors are in recovery, which was disappointing as well since I wanted to give her something that would give her hope not leave her feeling hopeless.

Very cute, wrong color grey
He is super cute but he is a very light grey, not the dark grey color the other size elephants I got here are. I wanted to have a collection of them ally he same color for my granddaughters room. Will have to buy another.
