Two out of three isn't bad
I'd researched these inner tubes and liked the idea of them being resistant to punctures, whereby you can pick up a couple of thorns or nails and they'll hold pressure long enough, probably, to get you home. This so-called anti-explosion technology proved flawed when, after installing one (having carefully followed the instructions), inflating it to 50 psi and hanging my bike on the wall, the tube literally exploded all by itself. As it turned out the slightly unusual radial seam that these tubes have must have been defective because a good 5 x 3 mm rectangular hole had appeared in it. In fairness, I luckily had three tubes and the two tubes I fitted survived went on to survive a pretty harsh (hard-packed and gnarly) CX ride, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

A great compromise
When commuting to work I always had the dilemma of back-pack or panniers? Back-pack is the easy choice because it's normally good to go from when I use the car but it's uncomfortable with all it's weight directed through my backside and in the summer makes my back sweat as well. So panniers then. But they're a faff, with lots of straps to adjust and tuck away and then should I take one or spread the load across two? And then there's the drag of pushing them through the air. This is where the SQR shines, it has none of those draw-backs, it carries as much as one pannier (so you do have to be a little bit tactical with what you carry), it's sturdy enough to not rattle and bounce around annoyingly and it fits neatly in line with your backside so there's next to no additional drag. I have strapped on an external tool-kit pouch and a pump to maximise internal cargo space, and that does make it a little bit more awkward to clip on (getting it off is easy) but the overall benefits well outweigh that small gripe. Here's a list or what I carry inside: 17" laptop, A4 leather wallet with pad, pens etc., lunch bag, trousers, shirt, tie and belt (I keep a pair of shoes at work). I can thoroughly recommend this quality, British-made bag.
