It's elastic it also has the numbers of size,width
Simply because I had other rim stips in the past that doesn't match to the overall price/specs etc.

Schwinn sanctuary 7 speed Beach Cruiser copper/cream
I didn't really need to assemble the bike much simply just tighten up the nuts or screw's,Stem,pedals. It's a steel frame so I could always work on it with some welding experience.it's a 7 speed,Good color,Good price+free shipping,aluminum alloy rim,steel spokes,not my kind of colors but it's still a good looking Schwinn Beach cruiser.
