    If anything this item is better than described. It was used but in very good condition. Everything was clean. The box really looks perfect. The prior owner must have taken very good care of it. Packaging was very thoughtful using a foam bag, inside a box, inside another foam bag. There was no damage in shipping.

Does NOT fit R10000 rough-in.
As per product specifications on the manufacturers website, B114900C series can be use with R10000 series rough-in. NO IT DOESN'T! This unit comes with it's own smaller version rough-in to fit it's smaller version valve cartridge, fine only if you are to reinstall a new rough-in anyway. Side note. The included small size rough-in has an approximately 0.2 inch hole for supplying water to the shower, it may be a big problem for those who has low water pressure.

Clamshell container shattered and hard drive case pop opened on arrival. Need better packing. Drive is noisier than my non-refurbished 4TB Passport. I do not recommend.
