What I needed but could be improved. Pricier than I liked.
Rod tips slip out far too easily when bumped.
Expensive for a quick, simple CNC cut out of a CAD file downloaded from the internet.
But I knew what it was and needed it so I can't really complain.

Great product, Magpul pricey.
As always with Magpul, a very nice and quality product. But as also always with Magpul, rather pricey.
I'm not a fan of the polymer loop. I'd just have more long-term faith in a metal piece there. But I know it's plenty strong and will last well.
Overall, a very quallity product.

Adequate, not great.
I can recommend it because it does what I need. I'm actually using it to protect a red dot sight for my rifle and it's adequate for that.
And it's adequate for protecting fly reels too, although ihave a better case for that which holds several reels.
But it's a lot lower quality item than other similar suede, padded fly reel case I have.
Thin leather, thin padding.
But, in the end, adequate.
