Excellent Car for Slot Car Racing

Build a lot of my own slot car racers, but some classes require an "out of the box" car to race. For GT3 racing, there are NSR and Scaleauto GT3 cars for National classes. I bought this car for the NSR GT3 National class. Pretty good as received, but a change of tyres, gear and some ballast, this is a phenomenal car. Fast and stable!!

Good value, good looking Capri 3100

I have a number of slot cars, but this is my first Carrera. It was bought to fill the gap of not having a Capri in the collection. Very strong magnets keep it on the track on the corners. However, they are so strong, they hold it back a bit on the straights. Very good for a home track as it will rarely come off, so little chance of damage. Very good detailing of the body and a very good representation of the Capri 3100. Not overly expensive, so good value for a good looking car. Since I am a club racer, I will fit an aftermarket chassis to it, if I decide I want to race it.
