A book People Need
A recipe book of only healthy and natural Juices. Also gives a thorough explanation of what is; pure & without any additives in each ingredient. Explains what food is good for energy, protein, heart health, what food/juice is beneficial for fatigue, pain, high blood pressure. and many many more - all for different categories.
After just 5 days of trying juices, my hubby & I were convinced.
This book is not just another slimming book, it teaches many things and some of what I learned is quite repetitive. Similar to Allen Carrs Easy Way to Give Up Smoking. A sort of hyno-therapeutic method of changing our ways of thinking.
Nevertheless, we both lost weight, became fitter and healthier. An added bonus, is we both felt younger just because we stopped eating red meat, exercised a little more by 5 mins each day for 12 days leading to 1 hour daily. Sleeping well, only at night and, with GP agreement, dropped a few prescribed meds as no longer needed!
What more could we have asked?
I'm 68 & husband is 70 - this book has already improved our lives.
Highly recommend this book and it's recipes. 4****
