The only complaint I have of this item is that the bottle was overfull and when dipper introduced it spilled everywhere. Dipper is poor quality and had to decant into another bottle with dipper. I have only been using it a week so hard to tell if any improvement. So really it has a packaging problem.

wont buy this particular item again
I have not used the product yet. When it came the packaging was soaked as one of the container seal had broken and the lid did not stop the leaking liquid. I feel the packaging was inadequate. The seal should have been sturdier and failing that the lid should have been able to stop spilling liquid. Lastly when sending liquids through the post it is always advisable to have a plastic layer in the packaging.
