Good product
I like this product a lot. My face feels much softer, wrinkles appear less. I am in my 70’s and I even put it on the back of my hands. Only thing I have against it is it doesn’t last long enough. But a very good product.

Loss weight and control diabetes
I recommend this book if you are looking for information about diabetes and looking for explanations of good and diabetes. Does have a 14 day menu plan in the back. Contains very few actual recipes.

Good product for me
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using Lipo Flavanoids for awhile now. The tinnitus has not resolved but it has become less of a nuisance. (Not as loud and there are times I don’t even notice it). For me, I think a side effect of this supplement is that if more energy. Must be all those B vitamins! I started out taking the recommended 6 a day then I dropped that to 3 a day and now 2 a day.
