Perhaps a faulty product?
I received my wunderbrow and was really pleased with the price I paid and the application on first use, however when I first applied it, it seemed the applicator was faulty and not like previous brow fillers, it bent very easily and the tip seemed loose. After two further uses the sponge part actually broke off within the tube rendering it unusable! Not best pleased ☹️
