Top Photo Printer
I have been printing out photographs and scrapbooks for over 15 years and this has been my favourite printer of all time. It is lightweight, compact, fast and reasonably quiet. I use compatible inks with it and a variety of paperstock and it produces great results every time. I works well with archival papers, textured papers, thin papers, watercolour and inkjet paper. I love the bright colours and the fact that it is easy to work with. When my last one broke I bought another to use as a source of spares. It is that good. I now have an A3 printer in the same range which complements it.

A little chunky but does the job
I have been looking for something more portable than my widescreen laptop and more writer friendly than my iPad mini, which I why I bought this product. My need is a tablet which is not too heavy as I have to carry it around for work and which is can print from and type into.
I have given the product 4* because it has issues reading my handwriting and this was a feature I was most interested in. However, we the use of third party software I have been able to override the onscreen keyboard and connect a wireless keyboard, This means I can input information in at three ways which is good. Without the software, it is not possible to get rid of the onscreen keyboard. This really should have been an option provided by Samsung. Another missing feature is a USB port. This means you can't plug anything into the tablet. That is a downside as I like to use a mouse and an external drive. On the other hand, you can add extra storage in the form of a mini card.
I like the compact size and the screen quality. However, it is rather heavy and a bit chunky. I use it for work and it bridges the gap between iPad and laptop as a portable machine. Overall, it has been a good purchase.

Kodak EasyShare Z700 Digital Camera
3 of 3 found this helpful Having bought a Nikon wide angle digital camera a few years ago I found I still needed a camera with a standard 35 -175mm lens. I tried using an old film camera but the cost of processing and developing was becoming too expensive. So, I was delighted when I found a second-hand EasyShare Z700 in my local camera shop. I used it for a weekend but it stopped functioning. I was so impressed with the quality of the photographs, the easy of use and the functions that I decided to buy a new one. I found a brand new one at a good price on EBAY.
Compression time from image to card is quite long, which could mean missing vital pictures but the camera does have a continuous shot function. I like the fact that it has only the most common screen modes, as it is easy to find the mode you want in a hurry. When I need more options and more control over the final picture, I go back to my Nikon.
The EasyShare is fairly robust and has survived being dropped twice. It takes AA batteries which can be replaced with rechargeables or precharged batteries, so you can always find power. It is lightweight and has an excellent grip handle which makes steadying it easy. It has a built in flash which is adequate for most indoor lighting conditions.
All in all, it has proved to be an excellent second camera and I enjoy using it.
