Described incorrectly (2.6Ahr not 4Ahr as described) therefore not fit for my purpose. But they took the return, communicated well and refunded in good time. However the whole experience cost me around £6 in return postage and an hour or 2 in messing around, for the net result of owning nothing. This demonstrates the importance of describing what you are selling accurately.
