Good ,well made rack.
Well made rack, fairly light weight. The pannier bag mounting bars being lower down is an excellent and desirable feature. I think the only down side to this rack is that Tortec seem to have deviated from their usual system for adjustment for the stays which attach to the upper seat stays!. Instead of having two separate bars which slide through a clamping eye- bolt, on this rack they have a U shaped piece of bar with a central sliding mount on the rack. In my case I had to shorten this by cutting off the mounting tabs and welding them back on to the shortened U shaped bar!. Not ideal for many people!!. The two bar, eye-bolt system is infinitely more adjustable!. Fitted to a 54cm Spa cycles touring frame incidentally.
