California Dreaming.
As someone from Generation X, I found it a profound and compelling read. Even though it was written in the early 90s, it still rings true today, as it deftly demonstrates the strains and complexities of living as someone in their fifties right now. Everyone says it has a hint of The Catcher in the Rye about it, which I have to agree with in terms of its conversational style of language, but it's written as if by a more mature and jaded J D Salinger. The characters are relatable, the depictions of a sick and dying Palm Springs are marvellous, and it carries you along on a gentle breeze of self-realisation. It's not the kind of book for those who love a good plot twist or complex narratives. It's more of a contemplative, absorbing, and questioning book. If it were a song, it would be California Dreaming. If it were a dog, it would be a sleepy, overweight, loveable golden retriever that wakes up regularly for a good play. That's how I can describe it best. Thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

One of the best watches.
Great watch with loads of features and the expected Apple quality. Not quite as intuitive to use as other Apple products, but you get used to it.
