great sweet rice flour for puddings
I was given a recipe for gluten free Fruit Clafoutis and advised to use this sticky sweet rice flour together with some oat flour. it made an excellent batter.

Very handy and portable product
The warm autumn fabric colour swatch is an accurate and handy cloth strip for comparison purposes when shopping.
Other swatches of the 12 colour possibilities have sold out quickly which is a shame as I'd have liked to buy others as a reference when shopping for my nearest and dearest. I do hope they are all re-stocked.
