They were not helpful at all even though I sent many messages. Asking for help to get 2 and let then know the option was not available to click on 2 quantity. Not helpful at all. This would have been a total of 3 necklaces. Very disappointed with this seller. Eliminates Some Ladder Work
The price was very reasonable and since I already had a battery on another tool of the same brand, I thought it to be the most economical way to go.
I was duly impressed with the extra link one can add to the pole to make it long enough that I do not have to climb a ladder to use it on my trees. (I am pushing 79 years old) and my wife worries constantly about my ladder work.
Apparently, I am not supposed to tell the story so I will stop now.

Keeps My Posterior Happy and The Rest of Me More Relaxed
This cushion seems a lot more comfortable to sit on for long drives than my old one that was just foam rubber. This one seems more like sitting on air.

My Charging Cord
It was wonderful! I plugged in both ends to the appropriate receptacle and it worked. What else can one say about a charging cord?
