recommended to all fans of modern jazz guitar.
This is quite an old john scofield recording but is one of his best.In no way is the music dated though.

A very good blues cd.
An excellent Chicago blues cd first released in 1974 on Alligator Records. recommended to all blues lovers.

a varied selection of music which i believe most jazz fans will like.
the tribe is a musicians collective based in detroit which was founded by wendell harrison and phil ranelin during the 1970s. this is a compilation of their work from 1990 to 2014 and overall is a worthwhile purchase. my favourite tracks are freddies groove and hometown. very good playing time of almost 80 minutes.
