Nikon Nikkor AF-S TC-17E 1.7x II AF-S Lens
The Nikon Nikkor AF-S TC-17E 1.7x II AF-S teleconverter works wonderfully with my Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II Lens. I was unable to detect any drop in sharpness(although there was an F stop drop of around 2). This lens has changed my 200mm to a 340mm. This has changed what I can capture objects that I was never able to capture before. I shoot birds, flowers and insects and this lens has improved my ability to shoot all when a macro lens is not adequate (due to distance). I highly recommend this lens and I am so happy I purchased this lens. You do need to check which lenses it will work with as I have read that there is a slight drop in sharpness with some lenses. It's worth the money as buying a 300mm lens is way out of my budget.
